Novoville

Novoville is a software company dedicated to rebuilding trust between citizens and government by helping local authorities address their challenges in citizen engagement, environmental protection, mobility, and access to public services. We provide local councils, cities and regional governments with modular digital solutions managed by a single dashboard and accessible by a variety of citizen interfaces e.g., mobile apps, web applications, chatbots, and voice assistants.  

Each local authority deploys a unique combination of novoville features to suit their local needs. These “modules” allow citizenp ts to get access to local services, give their opinion, report a problem, volunteer locally, book and pay for a parking spot, or even access a local marketplace. We work with 70 local authorities throughout Europe and our app is open to 3.5 million people to improve the place they live in and take part in the conversation.
