Bluenove

Bluenove is a technology and consulting company that pioneered massive collective intelligence. Bluenove developed a digital platform for large-scale consultations and deliberations (originally with MIT and the European Commission under FP7). We focus on free speech and qualitative citizens expression. We use Semantic analysis and Natural Language Processing (NLP) algorithms as well as deliberative methods in order to mobilise tens of thousands of people and analyse massive multilingual content. We focus on open public-policy making with a focus on the empowerment and inclusion of communities in participatory democracy.  

Bluenove's clients are public entities and governments as well as private businesses open to collective intelligence and multi-stakeholders consultation. We have deployed 50+ open consultations for public bodies including: the French Government (Grand National Debate for President Emmanuel Macron, Covid19 consultations), the Ministry for the Environment, the French Office for Biodiversity (OFB), The French Agency for Development (AFD), the Social & Economic Council (CESE), UNESCO, etc.
