Polaris Asso is an innovative civic organization, founded in France, that designs technological and human solutions to awaken civic power and reinvent democracy by engaging new generations.
Our Mission
We use technology and collective intelligence to reconnect young people with the social and political institutions that govern them. Our actions are based on an integrated approach that combines research, media, and community engagement. On one hand, we conduct field studies and data analysis to better understand citizens' needs and produce localized knowledge. On the other hand, we create engaging content through various media,
including videos, podcasts, and digital campaigns, to amplify young people's voices and encourage their participation in public life.
In parallel, Polaris Asso supports young people in their empowerment through training and digital inclusion programs, providing them with skills tailored to contemporary realities. Finally, we work hand in hand with institutions to co-develop inclusive public policies, ensuring that young people's aspirations are considered in decision-making processes.
Our Actions & Impact
Polaris Asso is active in several West African countries, including Senegal, Côte d'Ivoire, Benin, Mali, and The Gambia. Through its programs, the organization has reached over 100,000 beneficiaries, including young people, elected officials, and civil society actors, by providing them with training, engagement, and personal development opportunities.
In collaboration with leading partners, Polaris Asso manages nearly 3 million euros in programs aimed at strengthening civic participation and digital inclusion. Its hybrid model—combining think tank, do-tank, start-up, and associative organization—maximizes its impact and offers solutions tailored to contemporary challenges.
