Evelien is a community builder and Co-Founder of Dembrane, a civic tech company building tools that capture in-person dialogue, from focus groups to whole citizen assemblies. She joined ACTE's board as Vice-President in 2025 and was elected ACTE President of ACTE in April 2026.

Sara is the Co-Founder and CEO of Involved, a a participatory insights platform that helps organisations to collect structured input from groups of people and turn it into usable insight. She holds a political science degree and was previously marketing director at Microsoft Denmark.

Alexis is an independent consultant on democratic innovation and tech for democracy, based between Paris and Brussels. He led Make.org's initiatives from 2019 to 2026, after working in the French Parliament and several NGOs. He is a graduate of Sciences Po Paris.

Adrien is a civic tech entrepreneur and an expert in organizing and citizen mobilization operations. He is the Co-Founder of Citipo, a mobilization platform designed for NGOs and political organizations in the EU. Adrien served as President of ACTE from 2022 to 2026.

Aline is the Co-Founder of Go Vocal (formerly CitizenLab), a digital community engagement platform that helps local governments consult their communities. She studied business engineering at Solvay Business School in Brussels. In 2025 she was a semi-finalist for the European Prize for Women Innovators.

Ned is the Co-Founder and CEO of Tectonica, a Barcelona-based movement building agency supporting social, economic and environmental justice movements. Tectonica has worked in over 40 countries on more than 500 projects. He also created the Tectonica Organising Network (TON).

Dirk is the Co-Founder and managing partner of Logiq Media, based in Berlin. It helps civic actors reach beyond their base and win back public relevance. He has more than 20 years of experience across politics, media, business and NGOs, including in the German Parliament and at the media development NGO RNW Media.

Tomas is the Founding Executive Director and CEO of Participation Factory, a Prague-based social enterprise that designs participatory processes for public institutions, with 200+ projects in 20+ countries. He previously co-founded the Czech participation initiative D21.

Judit Lantai

Judit is a Brussels-based European affairs professional and democracy advocate with over a decade of experience in democracy, participation and civil society, from student and youth movements to EU-level organisations. Previously, she led JEF Europe as Secretary General and has been serving as Vice-President of Civil Society Europe since 2023.
