Adrien is a Civic Tech entrepreneur, expert in organizing and citizen mobilization operations. He is the co-founder of Citipo, a mobilization platform designed for NGOs and political organizations in the EU. Adrien is the President of ACTE since 2022.

Chloé Pahud is the founder and CEO of Civocracy. Social entrepreneur for the past 20 years, her puzzle since the launch of Civocracy in 2015 is to crack the code of citizen engagement. Being vice-president of ACTE embodied her belief in collaboration and co-construction with other industry leaders in the CivcTech field.

Alexis Prokopiev studied at Charles University in Prague and graduated from Sciences Po Paris. He has been the Director of Governance and Democratic Innovation at Make.org since 2019, after working in the French Parliament and several NGOs. He is also a co-founder of the association Russie-Libertés and author of several publications on democracy and Europe.

Ned Howey is the co-founder and CEO of Tectonica, a movement building agency based in Barcelona, Spain, with a mission to create a seismic shift in the way politics are done, through innovations that empower social, economic, and environmental justice movements. As CEO, he has led the organization’s growth, as it worked across 40 countries around the world in over 500 projects. He has also created the Tectonica Organising Network (TON).
